A spike in employees working from home while simultaneously tending to the care of their children has added a robust dynamic to the concept of work-life balance. While many parents have worked from home, they often did so without children tugging at their time, attention, and energy during the workday. The question becomes, “How do I adapt my schedule, time, attention, and temperament to adequately manage the demands of these two colliding worlds?”
In this one-hour webinar, Dr. Jinnie Cristerna LCSW will go over some practical strategies that attendees can tailor to meet the unique needs of their family and employer. Dr. Cristerna will discuss:
- How to identify/create a space that fits your professional needs and is separate from your family.
- Using non-traditional approaches to become creative with your time throughout the day for family and company.
- Developing your temperament so you can effectively prepare your children for the day
Each attendee will receive handouts, worksheets, and articles for personal use so they can get the most out of the webinar.
